Lauren Pembo is the Chief Operating Officer at Stinar Gould Grieco & Hensley, where she oversees firm operations, manages staff relations, cultivates a culture of trust, and ensures the successful handling of each case and campaign.

Lauren plays a pivotal role in advancing firm strategy and managing operations; she oversees over a thousand cases nationwide and over twenty staff members in numerous offices. With nearly two decades of legal and operational experience, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge to SGGH.

Throughout her career, Lauren has served as a lead trial paralegal, working closely with Parker Stinar, and has managed mass-tort campaigns involving thousands of claimants. She has also played a key role in nearly $1 billion in global settlements. Lauren‘s expertise extends to litigations and campaigns across the country, including settlements of $490 million and $380 million. Her experience covers a wide range of legal matters, such as medical malpractice, birth injury, sexual abuse, nursing home abuse, premise liability, civil rights, and products liability.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies and actively participates in various legal organizations, including the Association of Legal Administrators, Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association, and NALA – The Paralegal Association. She has also been involved with the Florida Courts Technology Commission (FCTC).

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time in the mountains with her family, traveling, and immersing herself in new cultures.
